Over the past years, FK Riteriai has built a proven pathway that gives talented young players worldwide a real chance to step into professional football in Europe through structured youth development programs.

However, not every promising player has direct access to the FK Riteriai first team or academy. To bridge this gap, we have created the FK Riteriai Pathways Showcases, designed to give ambitious players (16+) an authentic opportunity to be scouted and develop their career. The focus is on quality, not quantity – small groups and intensive evaluation ensure that every player gets noticed.

Our upcoming FK Riteriai Pathways Showcase Tour will take place across the USA from November 25 to December 22, 2025, visiting Boston, Chicago, Columbus, Houston, Los Angeles, New York City, Miami, Minneapolis, and Seattle.

Each showcase follows a two-day format:

Day 1 – Training sessions led by FK Riteriai’s first-team technical staff, exposing players to professional methodology and allowing coaches to identify standout performers.

Day 2 – Final match featuring the top players from Day 1, officially refereed and livestreamed, where the most promising talents can showcase their abilities in a competitive environment.

From every city, at least one player will be offered a professional contract, while others with potential may be invited to join the FK Riteriai Residency & Academy Pathway, preparing them for future first-team integration. Several pathway players have already signed professional contracts, including Tanner Panter (Salt Lake City, CO), Evan Johnson (Columbus, OH), and Joshua Wariungi (Columbus, OH).

FK Riteriai has a proven record of developing and transferring players to top European leagues:

Terem Moffi – after one season, transferred to KV Kortrijk and now starring at OGC Nice in Ligue 1.

Arnas Voitinovičius – transferred to SL Benfica after four first-team appearances.

Ernestas Lysionok – now part of Genoa C.F.C. in Italy.

Oscar Dorley – developed at FK Riteriai, now captain of the Liberian national team.

The FK Riteriai model is clear: develop players to compete at first-division European level within one to two years and facilitate transfers to higher leagues. Our youngest players already gain meaningful minutes in top-flight football, demonstrating that the pathway is real.
