1. General

By registering for any FK Riteriai Pathway showcase, trial, or related event (“Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Registration & Fees

• All registrations are handled directly by FK Riteriai or its appointed partners, including 4ThePlayers B.V.

• A participation fee (if applicable) must be paid in full before attending the event.

• Registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing by FK Riteriai.

3. Event Participation

• Participants must provide accurate information during registration.

• FK Riteriai reserves the right to deny participation if false information is provided or conduct is deemed inappropriate.

• FK Riteriai may take photos and videos during events for promotional and educational purposes.

4. Communication & Marketing

By registering, you consent to receive:

• Event-related updates (schedules, confirmations, changes)

• Marketing and promotional messages from FK Riteriai and its partners, including 4ThePlayers B.V.

You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to an email or message, or by contacting [email protected].

5. Liability

• FK Riteriai and its partners are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage during events, except in cases of gross negligence.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part.

6. Data Protection

All personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania and applicable EU regulations.
