Accommodation & Nutrition
Players live in club arranged apartments or supervised residences in Vilnius. All residents receive daily nutritionally balanced meals designed by our performance staff.
Full-Time Training & Competition
Train every day with FK Riteriai academy or U-21 squads, under UEFA licensed coaches following the club’s possession based philosophy.
Top-performing residents will have the opportunity to train with the first team and participate in friendly or competitive matches.
Exposure & Pathways
Players compete in official leagues, friendly matches, and international tournaments throughout the season. FK Riteriai maintains relationships with top clubs and agents across Europe creating genuine professional pathways for standout players.

Safety is our top priority. Our accommodation is secured 24/7, with supervision from staff. Medical support is always available, and all players follow clear routines and rules to minimise risks.
What does a typical day look like for the players?
Each day combines training, education, and personal development. Mornings usually start with training, followed by breakfast and academic or language lessons. Afternoon sessions include more training and recovery time. The day concludes with team activities and individual coaching.
What happens if my child becomes ill or gets injured?
We have medical staff on-site at all times. Coaches and physiotherapists guide the recovery process, and parents are immediately informed. We also have arrangements with local hospitals and specialists for additional care if needed.
How can my child stay in contact with us during their stay?
We encourage regular contact through video or phone calls. Players have access to secure communication channels, and parents receive scheduled updates about training, progress, and any important notes.
What are the costs of the program?
